| 摘 要： | 广州地铁3号线汉-市]区间的地质条件复杂,盾构不仅要在硬塑残积土中长距离掘进,又要穿过坚硬的微风化混合岩、辉绿岩等混合地层,因此盾构机的开挖系统(尤其是刀盘)的设计非常关键.设计结合工程实际,分析盾构开挖系统的一些设计特点,使施工当中对全断面硬岩的开挖能力和在强风化硬塑残积土混合地层中的长距离掘进能力充分体现对工程的适应性.

| Abstract: | The geological condition of Line 3 of Guangzhou subway is rather complicated, The shield is not only to bore through a long section of hard plastic residual deposits, but also through mixed hard weak-weathered rocks and diabase. In consequence, the boring system of the shield and especially the design of cutter-head are very important. Considering the practical situation of Guangzbou subway, the paper analyzes the design features of the boring system of the shield so that the system can be adapted to the full face boring in hard rocks and the long section of strong-weathered residual deposits |
