| 摘 要： | 首先介绍南京地铁AFC系统的总体架构及软件体系,明确对AFC系统实施过程管理的必要性；进而论述AFC应用软件的技术要求,和对其进行过程管理的基本措施,并深入阐述AFC应用软件测试的方法、步骤和引入第三方测试的必要性；最后给出实施AFC软件过程管理的主要工作措施,为AFC系统软件项目的管理提供参考.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the overall structure and software architecture of AFC system for Nanjing metro, as well as the necessity of implementing the AFC software process management. Further, it discusses the technical requirements of AFC application software and the basic measures in the software process management, sets forth the testing methods, testing steps of AFC application software and the necessity of introducing the testing from the third party, and presents the main operational measures to implement the AFC soft process management, for providing reference for implementing the AFC software project management. |
