摘    要:为解决长距离跨海通道工程难题,以渤海海峡跨海通道建设方案为背景,通过调研前人的各项理论研究,在收集渤海海峡的 气象、水文、地形地貌、地质与岩层活动特性、地震活动特点等资料的基础上,全面分析渤海海峡跨海工程的建设条件。 结合世界上 现有的工程技术,利用渤海海峡海床的天然特征,开创性地提出水下桥技术(小截面沉管+桥墩)+盾构的施工方案。 在采用真空技 术下,将列车运行阻力降至最低,同时可以将列车运行速度提高至上千 km/h。 在此基础上,通过分析国际上类似跨海工程所通行 的客流量,预测环渤海各大城市将形成1 h都市圈,成为国际超大都市圈。 此项目采用的新技术方案,对将来各大跨海工程项目具 有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:The construction conditions of Bohai Strait sea-crossing project are comprehensively analyzed on the basis of investigating existing various theoretical studies and collecting the data of meteorology and hydrology, topography and geomorphology, geology and rock activity characteristics and seismicity characteristics of Bohai Strait. The construction scheme of underwater bridge (immersed tube with small cross-section + pier) and shield is creatively put forward according to the existing engineering technology and the natural characteristics of the seabed in Bohai Strait. Benefits from vacuum technology, the train running resistance can be reduced to the minimum, and the train speed can be increased to over 1 000 km/h. Meanwhile, the passenger flow of similar sea-crossing projects in the world is analyzed, and the analytical results indicate the major cities around the Bohai Sea will become a one-hour metropolitan area and even an international megalopolis. Moreover, the new technical scheme adopted in this project can provide reference for the major sea-crossing projects in the future.
