| Abstract: | Long-distance pipe belt conveyor is given more and more attention and extensively used. Pipe belt conveyor of more than 10 km is already engineered abroad. The paper describes the challenges during the surveying, erection, belt traction and vulcanization, and commissioning in the mountain area during the installation and commissioning of the 4.5 km omni-sealed pipe belt conveyor. This article summarizes the installation and commissioning technology of long-distance pipe belt conveyor in mountain area with complex terrain. |
