| 摘 要： | 通过对广东、广西等8个省10所交通职业院校530名教师的压力状况进行抽样调查和统计分析,研究表明目前交通职业院校教师承受着来自多方面的压力;男教师压力明显高于女教师;不同年龄段教师的压力也存在显著的差异．为此,提出了一些对策与建议．

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author had a research on the stress status of 530 teachers from ten Communication Vocational Institutions in Guangdong, Guangxi, and other eight provinces by cluster sampling method. The reserch resuh shows that these teachers are under various pressure ; male teachers are under greater pressure than female teachers; and the pressure of the teachers of different age has significant difference. The author thereby proposes some measures and suggestions. |
