| 摘 要： | 高速动车组的运行速度使其对车辆的轻量化、低能耗、环保舒适性提出了更高的要求,泡沫铝是一种新型的多功能材料,其质轻、吸声、耐腐蚀、环保、不燃、强度高的特性正适合高速动车组内装材料的要求。文章分析了泡沫铝材料的特点及其在动车组内装设计中的应用,并以CRH380动车组为例,阐述了泡沫铝在动车组内装材料的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Due to the very high speed of EMU,higher requirements are necessary such as light weight,low energy consumption and environmental friendly.Aluminum foam is a new type of multi-functional material,its light weight,acoustic performance,corrosion resistance,environment protection,non-flammable and high intensity characteristics all meet the requirements of the interior material for high speed EMU.This paper analyzes the characteristics of aluminum foam and its application on interior design of EMU.Setting the example of type CRH380 EMU,it expounds the application prospects of aluminum foam on interior material of EMU. |
