重载组合列车机车智能制动仿真研究

摘    要:针对目前在复杂线路上动力分布式重载组合列车机车制动的不足,提出了一种新的机车智能制动控制方法,该智能制动控制方法能按照制动时机车所处轨道状况及机车车钩力大小对机车电制动进行相应的模糊控制。在介绍重载组合列车动力分布式系统基本原理及特点的基础上,依据列车纵向动力学理论,在MATLAB/SIMULINK中建立了2万吨组合列车仿真模型。仿真结果从理论上证明了,与现有机车制动方式相比,该机车智能制动控制方法能减小组合列车最大车钩力,提高组合列车运行安全性。

Abstract:For the shortage of locomotives braking,when heavy haul trains with dynamic distributed system braked on the complex track,a new locomotive braking fuzzy control method,which is executed to electric brake force according to the local track situation and coupler force value is proposed.After presenting the principle and the characteristic of heavy haul trains dynamic distributed system,based on the train longitudinal dynamics theory,the 20 000 t heavy haul train model is established with MATLAB/SIMULINK software.The simulation results theoretically prove that,compared with current locomotives braking,the locomotive intelligent braking can reduce maximum coupler force and increase the safety of trains running.
