养护方式对自流平修补砂浆早期体积变形影响的研究

为寻找适用于自流平修补砂浆的养护方式,文中研究了标准条件下养护、自然养护、涂刷养护剂、覆膜养护,以及涂刷养护剂后覆膜情况下,自流平修补砂浆的失水率、强度和早期体积变形情况。结果显示,与刷涂养护剂相比,采用覆膜养护可以更好地减少水分散失和保证试块强度的发展。在自然养护下,试件经短期膨胀后体积迅速回落,6 d时体积变形表现为收缩。采用覆膜养护可以明显减少砂浆试件的收缩,28 d时体积变形仍表现为膨胀,刷涂养护剂可降低后期的体积回落,当覆膜与养护剂配合使用时,对砂浆收缩的改善效果更为明显。

Study on the Influence of Curing Method on the Early Volume Deformation of Self-leveling Mortar

In order to investigate the suitable curing method for self-leveling mortar,the performance of water loss rate,strength,volume deformation under the conditions of standard curing,natural curing,sprayed curing agent,covered film and covered film after brushing curing agent was studied.The results show that compared with brushing curing agent,adopting film-covered curing can more obviously reduce water loss and ensure the development of strength.Under natural curingcondition,the volume of specimen falls back quickly after a short-term expansion,and the volume deformation shows as contraction at 6 d.Adopting film-covered curing can significantly reduce the shrinkage of mortar specimens,however,the volume deformation still shows as expansion at 28 d.While brushing the curing agent can reduce the volume drop in the later period.The combination uses of covered film together with brushing curing agent has more obvious improvement effect on shrinkage of mortar.
