摘    要:对于ABS控制器的设计,在控制逻辑确定后,其设计难点在于控制器的软硬件实现。文章基于模糊滑模控制逻辑,介绍了基于Freescale公司HCS12系列16位单片机——MC9S12DP256的汽车ABS模糊滑模控制器的软硬件设计。硬件电路设计中,采用最小系统板和目标功能电路板分离设计的方法,基于最小系统开发板,设计了包括电源模块、输入调理及输出驱动电路的目标功能板;软件设计中,依据控制需求,采用模块化编程思想,给出程序流程图,描述了ABS控制系统的控制过程。指出该滑模控制器为后续的台架试验验证及轿车的主动安全控制装置的集成化研究打下了坚实的基础。

Design of the Fuzzy Sliding Mode Controller for Automotive ABS Based on MC9SDP256 Micro-processor
Abstract:After the determination of control logic, the design difficulty of ABS controller lies in the realization of controller's software and hardware design. Based on the fuzzy sliding mode control logic, the design of the fuzzy sliding mode controller for automotive ABS is introduced, with the 16 bit single-chip microcomputer MC9SDP256 of Freescale HCS series. In the hardware circuit design, using the separation design method for the smallest system board and the goal function circuit board, on the basis of the smallest system development board, the goal function board including the power module, the input circuits and the output driving circuits are designed. In the software design, based on the control demand, the software is designed with the modular programming thought. And the program flow diagram is provided for describing of ABS control system's control process.It is indicated that this sliding mode controller lays the foundation for follow-up bench test verification and integration research of car active safety control device.
