| 摘 要： | 要对教师教学质量作出客观、公正、公平的评价,必须从学生评价、同行评价和专家评价三方面进行。其中,学生评价是最主要的方面。通过采用主成分分析法,可以筛选、合并各评价指标,提高评价指标质量,达到优化高职教师教学质量评价指标体系的目的。

| Abstract: | In order to estimate teachers' teaching quality impersonally,fairly and impartially,we should base on students evaluation,craft brother's evaluation and expert's evaluation.Thereinto,students' evaluation is the most important of all.By adopting main component analysis method,we can filtrate and incorporate each index to improve the quality of evaluation index,and gain the goal to optimize teaching quality of higher vocational teachers. |
