铁路客运枢纽物业开发探究

阐述随着铁路建设由计划性向市场性的转变,传统的铁路客运枢纽建设开始逐步引入物业开发的理念。通过借鉴国内外交通枢纽开发及运营的经验,并分析我国实际情况,提出铁路客运枢纽物业开发需求与商业策划、交通流线设计、建筑空间设计密切结合,提出将铁路客运站与周边城市空间整体进行物业开发规划设计,成为城市经济的增长引擎。

Research on Property Development of Passenger Transport Hub

With the transition from planned economy to market economy of railway construction,the traditional passenger transport hub construction is gradually introducing the concept of property development. By drawing on the experiences in domestic and foreign development and operation of transport hubs,this paper analyzes the actual situation in our country,addresses the combination of property development of railway passenger transport hub with business planning,with transport streamline design and with architectural space design. The property development of railway stations and city surrounding spaces shall be planned altogether and serves as the driving force for urban economic development.
