强浪条件下的桩基施工装备研发与创新

摘    要:针对传统的桩基施工设备(打桩船、浮吊船、自升式平台等)均不能满足强浪条件下桩基施工的精度和进度要求的难题,依托在建的以色列阿什杜德港项目Q28码头的钢管桩施工,参考桥梁施工中成熟的步履式顶推箱梁施工工艺,提出借助已施工完成的钢管桩作为基础,采用步履式液压顶推平台搭载履带吊进行钢管桩施工的解决方案。

Abstract:On the issue that the traditional construction equipment such as pile driving barge,floating crane,jack-up,etc.can hardly satisfy the accuracy and schedule requirements of piling construction under the strong wave condition,this paper comprehensively applies the incremental launching construction method of bridges,and proposes the solution as the hydraulic movable platform based on the steel pipe pile construction of Q28 in Hadarom Port project in Ashdod,Israel.
