| Abstract: | The safety of the market has many things to do with the corporation creditor so that it is necessary to intensify the protection of the creditor during every corporation existent period. This article mainly explores the corporation law direction. In the author's opinion, such behaviour that violates the principle of good faith to evade existing laws should be brought under effective control. |
