内燃机涡轮增压多工况匹配研究

摘    要:提出以车用循环工况总油耗最小为目标的内燃机涡轮增压多工况匹配方法,基于NEDC驾驶循环,采用该方法对某车用1.8 L涡轮增压汽油机进行了涡轮增压多工况匹配的仿真研究。结果表明,涡轮增压多工况匹配可使该发动机最大扭矩提高3%,NEDC驾驶循环平均有效燃油消耗率降低2%。

Abstract:Based on the minimal total fuel consumption of engine driving test cycle,the multi-working condition method of ICE turbocharger was put forward.With the method,the multi-working condition matching of turbocharger for a 1.8 L vehicle gasoline engine was simulated based on NEDC.The results show that,with the matching method,the maximum torque of engine increases by 3% and the mean efficient specific fuel consumption of NEDC decreases by 2%.
