| 摘 要： | 双向、过隧道900t筘梁架桥机是为满足复杂地形区客运专线箱梁架设作业而研制的900t级架梁设备，整机结构采用连续两跨3支腿，模块化设计制造，结构紧凑，工况全，操作简单，具有双向、过隧道架设箱梁功能。主梁结构对称，支腿可折叠，过隧道、调头和驮运方便快捷。对双向、过隧道架桥机总体方案和结构设计进行了介绍，该架桥机对同吨位架桥机研制具有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | The DF900 Beam Launcher with up to 900 t lifting capacity is specially designed and made for the Passenger Dedicated Railway Line Bridge-building Projects in complicated geological construction conditions.Overall Machine designed with 2-span girder and three Legs is of modularized structured characterized by compact structure,easy operation,plausibility in complex condition and two-directional,tunnel passable funtions.And the Main Girder of the Beam Launcher is symmetrically structured and all support legs are foldable and flexible which make it easy to pass the tunnel,change direction and transport. This paper introduces the general design and structure of the DF900 Beam Launcher,which may provide important and valuable references for R&D the Beam Launchers with the same lifting capacity. |
