转向架构架动应力影响因素研究

摘    要:在有限元和动力学分析有效结合的基础上,建立了刚柔耦合车辆系统动力学模型;通过对多种工况的数值计算,获得随机激扰下弹性构架所承受的动态载荷;最后通过有限元计算,获得构架的动应力值并分析其影响因素,研究结果表明车辆运行速度、曲线通过半径、轨道谱激扰等因素,对构架动应力特性有着不同程度的影响。

Abstract:A multi-body vehicle dynamic system model was established by combining the finite element analysis with multi-body dynamics.By computer simulation and numerical calculation,the stress conditions of the bogie were obtained.Especially,some typical factors,which have important contributions to the dynamic characteristics and stress state,were analyzed and some relative conclusions were drawn.It is shown that velocity,curve radius,railway spectrum have distinct effects on the dynamic characteristics and stress of the bogie with different degrees.
