| 摘 要： | 1993年成都市以治理主要河流为龙头,带动了城市水环境综合整治工程,使防洪与基础设施建设和水资源环境保护与安居工程等同步进行,改善了投资、人居环境,提高了全民的环境意识,加快了旧城改造的步伐,成为成都市走可持续发展道路、创建园林城市的有效途径。

| Abstract: | In 1993 Chendu City takes the treatment of main rivers as a tap to bring along the comprehensive treatment project of urban water environment so that the flood control can be carried out together with infrastructure and the water resource environmental protection can be carried out with living and working project. So it improves investment and living environment, enhances the environmental consciousness of the whole people, quickens the step for reforming the old cities to become the effective way for Chendu City to take the continued development road and establish the garden city. |
