| 摘 要： | 从涉及智能交通监控技木的4个方面综述了智能交通监控技术的研究内容及发展现状，重点介绍了近年来在运动目标分割和目标跟踪方面所取得的研究成果，并分析了其处理算法的性能和优缺点，最后探讨了目前智能交通监控技术亟待解决的问题，并展望了其未来发展方向。
