摘    要:近年来地铁和轨道交通工程在多山城市开始修建,由于地形地貌的影响,往往同一个隧道区间内既有适合硬岩TBM掘进的围岩条件,也有适合土压平衡盾构机施工的软土地层,但城区隧道又不允许采用钻爆法施工,因而迫切需要研究实施合理、适用的解决方案。结合重庆轨道交通六号线铜锣山隧道地质条件,设计制造了基于单护盾的复合式TBM,具备单护盾和土压平衡两种掘进模式,介绍了不同掘进模式下TBM的出渣方式、刀盘与刀具的结构和布置方式等。可供类似工程设计、施工参考。

Abstract:In recent years tubes and tracked traffic projects have begun to be built in multi-mountain cities.Because of their complex topographies and landforms,within the same section of a tunnel,varied surrounding-rock conditions may be met with,such as the the hard-rock conditions and the soft-soil strata,which may be dug respectively with a hard-rock TBM and a balanced soil-pressure shield.However,it is strictly forbidden to perform the blasting-and-drilling construction in urban tunnels,in which case it is urgent that rational and applicable construction schemes be studied and put into practice.With the geological conditions of the Tongluo Mountain Tunnel of the sixth traffic line in Chongqing taken into account,a mono-protecting shield-based composite TBM is developed,which has the drilling modes of both a mono-protecting shield and a balanced soil-pressure shield.Introduced in the paper are the discharging patterns of the TBM using different drilling modes,and different structures and provisions of the cutter-holding panels and cutting tools of the TBM.It may serve as useful reference for other similar projects.
