论纯电动乘用车总装生产线的设计

The design and development of assembly line is an important part of assembly engineering.Combined with the structural characteristics and process requirements of pure electric passenger cars,this paper deeply studies and considers the final assembly production process of pure electric passenger cars.Then,taking the design steps of production line as the main line,the key links such as the collection of basic information,the design of process flow and main line,the selection of process equipment and process layout are emphatically analyzed.Finally,the design work of final assembly line for pure electric passenger car is proposed.These methods and key points have certain practical value for the planning and design of assembly line,which can effectively ensure the development quality,shorten the development cycle and reduce the design cost.In addition,it has positive guiding significance for enterprises to accelerate the formation of a more scientific,efficient,and standardized automobile assembly.
