| 摘 要： | 设计了一种新型的转速扭矩变送器,使用PIC18F4580单片机,对数字式扭矩传感器T10F的输出信号进行采集,实现对转速扭矩信号的捕捉。本系统能完成转速扭矩的测量、实时显示以及以CAN和SPI的形式与上位机进行通信等功能。试验证明,该变送器具有精度高、实时性好、可靠性高及人机界面友好等特点。

| Abstract: | A new-typed speed torque transmitter was designed.The signals of speed and torque were collected by collecting the output signals of T10F digital torque sensor with PIC18F4580 single chip microcomputer.The instrument could measure the speed and torque,display the value in real time,and realize the communication with host computer with the form of CAN and SPI.Experiments show that the transmitter has high precision,good real-time performance,high reliability,and friendly man-machine interface. |
