摘    要:结合温福铁路湾坞特大桥第三联箱梁的施工实践,针对变宽箱梁的构造特点,阐述了变宽箱梁悬灌施工过程中将原使用的挂篮走行装置及锚固系统进行改进、对箱梁两侧不平衡重采取压重等技术措施,解决了变宽箱梁悬灌施工时挂篮行走和该桥线形控制的难题。

Abstract:With the construction of the 3rd unit of the box girders of the Wanwu Mega Bridge of the Wen-Fu Railway as a practical example, and the characteristics of the width-varying box girder taken into account, the improvement in the running device of the original suspension basket, and the anchoring system, and the balance weight technique for the non-balance between the two sides of the box girder are presented in the paper, which successfully solve the difficulty in the running operation of the suspension basket during the construction of suspension-casting the width-varying box girder, and the alignment control of the bridge.
