| 摘 要： | 长江内河危险品运输企业往往独立经营,缺乏公共管理危险品的安全平台。论文运用现代网络技术,建立长江内河危险品运输动态联盟,研究动态联盟扁平式管理的网络结构;研究长江内河危险品综合信息服务平台,促进危险品运输相关企业和部门核心知识资源的共享和新技术的扩散,确保跨区域、跨部门各级危险货物道路运输安全,最终为经济建设长远发展保驾护航。

| Abstract: | Transport enterprises of hazardous goods in Changjiang River operate independently,lacking public safety management of dangerous goods.Using the modern network technology,the paper establishes the dynamic alliance for transporting hazardous goods in Changjiang River and it studies compressed network structure of hazardous goods transport management.It is built on a comprehensive information service platform of Changjiang River,promoting core knowledge resources sharing and new technology diffusion among the enterprises and departments of dangerous goods transportation.The system ensures hazard goods transport safely at all levels across regions or departments to foster economic growth and long-term development. |
