高速公路固定资产条形码管理的新尝试

条形码技术是在计算机技术与信息技术基础上发展起来的一门容编码、印刷、识别、数据采集和处理于一体的新兴技术.本文阐述了条形码的意义、发展、分类及其优点,并在理顺管理体制、建全资产管理机构的基础上,在全国高速公路系统中率先对固定资产实行条形码管理,从而使辽宁省高速公路的国有资产管理水平上了一个新台阶,节约了人力、物力和资金,提高了工作效率和水平,具有一定的借鉴作用.

New Attempt on Fixed Assets Bar Code Management of Highway

Bar code is a new type of technology which developed on the foundation of computer technology and information technology and it contains coding,printing,data collecting and processing.This paper discusses the bar code with its significance,development,classification and advantages.And some reflections follow: management system and structure should be well constructed,and Fixed Assets Bar Code should be the first to be managed in our nation highway system.Thus can the state-owned asset management of Liaoning Provincial highway be improved,thereby,human and material resources and capitals could be saved and work efficiency improved accordingly.Its using for reference is obviously noticed.
