发动机电磁气门驱动有限元法仿真计算

摘    要:在发动机电磁气门驱动(EVA)研究中,利用电磁驱动CAE软件FLUX_2D/3D进行了EVA装置的仿真计算。仿真结果与试验结果基本相符,说明计算中建立的几何模型、动力学模型、网格划分、对驱动电路的处理以及设置的各种边界条件均合理可行。这种方法可用于EVA设计方案预选,并可分析影响EVA动态特性和电磁铁吸力的各种关键因素。

Abstract:A prototype of Electromagnetic Valve Actuation(EVA) for engines are modeled and simulated by using the software FLUX_2D/3D.The simulation is well validated by experiments.It demonstrates that the geometry model,kinetics model,grid division,driving circuit model and the setting of the boundary condition are all available.This method can be used in the pre-selection of the design of the EVA and the analysis of the key factors which inflect the static electcromagnetic force and the kinetic feature of the EVA.
