The Building of Port City Communication Culture and Dalian International Shipping Center |

| Abstract: | Port city has special culture connotation because its communication system is very different from other cities. It has some realistic significance to research the culture. Based on the target of Dalian international shipping center building, Dalian should consummate and enhance its communication modernization, communication informationization, communication internationalization, communication integrating and communication crediting in the strategy of communication culture. |
