| Abstract: | Metaphor is not only a rhetoric way but also an important aspect of man's thinking and a special tool to man's cognition.This paper mainly analyses the Metaphorical phenomenon in English vocabulary for science and technology,especially the wide use of metaphor thinking way of analogy in English vocabulary for science and technology and great value of the cognition metaphor in English vocabulary for science and technology. |
