| 摘 要： | 在分析部队高原铁路输送保障现状及存在问题的基础上,研究提出了提高部队高原铁路输送车辆保障能力、完善军运设施建设、优化军交装备配备、改进饮食保障方式、加强特点规律及保障要求特殊性研究等方面的对策措施,为提高部队高原铁路输送保障能力提供参考。

| Abstract: | Upon the basis of analyzing the present situation of and the existing problems in the plateau railway transportation support of the army,put forward in the paper are some counter-measures and suggestions to improve the plateau railway transportation support capability,consummate the construction of military transportation facilities,optimize the military transportation equipment,improve the diet support modes,and strengthen the research on the special features and laws and the specialty of support requirements.The paper may well serve as a useful reference for improving the plateau railway transportation support capability of the army. |
