新丰江大桥墩旁托架的优化设计

摘    要:结合新丰江大桥墩旁托架设计,以拟定的托架构造为基础,分别采用简化和整体计算模型进行模拟分析,得出了设计控制杆件的应力和最大变形值,为托架设计提供了依据。通过midas建立托架的整体模型,可以摒弃传统的简化计算的缺点,达到对托架更加合理化设计的目的,所以在设计过程中应该在简化计算的同时建立整体模型进行检校,保证设计的合理性。

Abstract:With the design of the pier-side brackets for the Xinfeng River Bridge as a practical example,and the prescribed bracket as the basis,both the simplified and integral calculation models are adopted to perform the simulating analysis,with the stress of the designed control members and the maximum deformation value obtained,both of which provide a technical basis for the design of the bracket.By means of the midas,the integral model for the bracket is established,with the defects of the traditional simplified calculation method overcome and the aim of optimizing the design of the bracket achieved.Therefore,in the course of the design,an integral model should be established to test and ensure the rationality of the design at the same time as the simplified calculation is performed.
