摘    要:定机移船码头结构由装卸平台、移船平台和设置于平台前沿的靠船桩组成。其中靠船桩在靠泊过程中承受船舶撞击力并将其传递给后方橡胶护舷和码头平台,结构受力形式复杂,为码头设计的关键,现有规范和手册没有相应的计算方法。针对该问题,着重论述了靠船桩的设计特点;通过把护舷压缩过程简化为理想弹塑性变形、将靠泊过程分为3个阶段分别分析其受力状态;并利用能量守恒的原理,建立了系统受力、位移和吸能的方程组;总结了一套简化计算方法,并通过实际工程加以检验。

Abstract:Structure of the jetty with fixed machinery and moving ship is composed by unloading platform,ship moving platform and fender pile in the front of the platform.Among them,the fender piles bear ship collision force during berthing and transmit it to the rear rubber fender and wharf platform.The structural stress form is complex,which is the key to wharf design.There is no corresponding calculation method in the existing codes and manuals.In view of this problem,the design features of fender piles are emphatically discussed.By simplifying the fender compression process into ideal elastic-plastic deformation and dividing the berthing process into three stages,the force state of fender piles is analyzed respectively.Based on the principle of energy conservation law,the equations of force,displacement and energy absorption of the fender pile system are established.A set of simplified calculation method is summarized and verified by practical projects.
