摘    要:循环水系统是滨海电厂动力装置最重要的系统之一,主要负责将冷却海水提供给众多用户.该系统与舷外海水直接连通,承受着等同于舷外海水的压力,该系统的安全可靠运行是保证电厂运行的必要条件之一.针对循环水系统的特点,分析了任务剖面,列举其可能发生的故障模式,分析其故障原因及对任务造成的影响,给出相应的补偿措施,并将分析结果反馈到系统设计中;建立模型并采用定量计算对改进的系统进行可靠性预计.结果表明,对系统的改进合理有效。其可靠性有一定的提高。

Abstract:Circulating water system is one of the most important systems of Haibin Power Plant, and supplies cooling seawater for multi-user. Being that circulating water system is connected with external seawater and has the same external seawater pressure value, the safe and reliable operation of circulating water system is one of the necessary conditions for Power Plant operation. By analyzing the mission section, failure modes and rea- son, and the failure influence of circulating water system, the corresponding preventing measures and remedies are given and the above whole analytical results are also applied to the system design. The reliability prediction of the improved circulating water system has been done by modeling and quantitative calculation, and the results show that the improvement measures is effective, and the reliability is improved.
