摘    要:本文讨论了用电力传动实现大型矿用挖掘机采矿工艺控制的工程化方法,对其关键技术逻辑无环流控制、堵转特性、双闭环调节优化、负载均衡、减少冲击振动、过流保护等进行了深入研究和工程应用,并对进口模拟系统进行了数字化升级改造,新系统在德兴铜矿实践运行中取得了优良的效果。

Abstract:In this paper, it is discussed that the engineering method for realizing the technologic control of large excavators with power transmission. The key techniques are studied in great depth and applied to engineering practice, such as non-loop-current control, locked-rotor characteristics, the optimization of double-loop regulation, load balancing, vibration reducing shock, and over-current protection. And the imported analog system is upgraded with digital scheme. The realization has the excellent effect in the copper mine of DeXin " operation.
