| Abstract: | The development and homololgation of the multi-system locomotive were completed in a very short time using synergies to the existing platform. Major innovation is the power conversion with chopper and controlled converter De-link in direct current networks. The TRAXX locomotives can be equipped with train control systems for all European countries and transport corridors. |
