摘    要:天然气管道在运行过程中会发生腐蚀穿孔、开裂、第三方破坏等事故,可用于管道抢修抢险技术方法包括焊接、夹具、带压封堵、复合材料补强等。基于不同管线工况条件、环境状况、地形条件、抢修技术特点、抢修设备与人员素质的具体情况,采用层次分析方法分析天然气管道不同抢修方案的可行性。通过应用实例分析了不同抢修技术方案的适应性,得到了不同方案的优先等级,可用于指导天然气管道抢修作业和应急响应决策的制定。

Abstract:Failure events take place in natural gas pipelines,such as corrosion puncture,corrosion crack,and third party damage.Welding,clamp,combination material were appllied to repaire the failure pipeline,so there is more than one kind of repair technologys for a certain failure.Based on the different operatonal,evironment conditons and charactericals of these first-aid repair technologies,the technology and ecomical fassibility can be anlyzed with the analytic hierarchy process.This method already has a successful application in an actual in-use pipeline,the optimization repair method is confirmed and can guide the first-aid repair response management,the application result also shows an effective reduction of the repair time and cost.
