摘    要:针对小组立装焊作业周期长、场地资源利用率偏低等问题。以最小化装焊作业完工时间为目标,考虑了装焊过程中的先序约束,人力资源约束和场地空间资源约束,建立小组立装焊作业的调度模型;设计了多规则融合的船体小组立部件装焊作业调度算法;利用最化小总时差规则优化装焊任务序列,利用最短可用模式规则优化任务的工人分配,利用改进的初始配置规则与最大化残余空间利用率规则优化小组立装焊的空间布置。最后,从实际船舶制造过程中收集的数据进行验证,结果表明,装焊作业完工时间缩短了21%,证明了该算法的有效性

Abstract:For the problem of small assembly in shipbuilding which long welding assembly period and low space occupation rate. Targeted minimize makespan of welding assembly, sequence constrain, work force constrain and space constrain was considered, scheduling model of small assembly was built, multi-rule based scheduling algorithm was designed, welding task sequence was optimized by applying minimum total time slack rule, worker force distribution was optimized by applying shortest feasible mode rule, space layout was optimized by improved maximum remnant space utilization rule and initial configuration rule. Finally, availability of the algorithm was verify by applying it to engineering data collected from practical shipbuilding, the result illustrated that completion time of small assembly was shorted 42.5%.
