CD44v6和E-cadherin在肺癌中表达及其临床意义

目的　为探讨白细胞分化抗原变异型 (CD44v6 )和上皮型钙粘蛋白 (E cadherin ,E cd)基因在评估肺癌生物学行为及预后中的作用。方法　采用免疫组织化学SP法对 46例肺癌和 1 5例癌旁组织中CD44v6和E cd的表达进行研究。结果　CD44v6主要表达于非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC) ,与其临床分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关 (P <0 0 1、0 0 5 ) ;E cd在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织 (P <0 0 1 ) ,且与肺癌TNM分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移呈负相关 (P <0 0 5、0 0 1、0 0 5 ) ;CD44v6和E cd在NSCLC中表达显著相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　CD44v6和E cd基因对评估肺癌进展及判断预后具有一定价值。

Expression and their clinical significances of CD44v6 and E-cadherines in lung cancer

ObjectiveTo study the expression of CD44v6, E cadherin(Ecd)in lung cancer and understand the relationship of expression of CD44v6 and Ecd with prognosis of lung cancer and biological behavior.MethodsWe observed 46 cases of lung cancer and 15 cases of adjacent nonneoplastic tissues through SP immunohistochemical method.ResultsCD44v6 was mainly expressed in non small cell lung canc er(NSCLC). The CD44v6 expression is positively correlated with clinical stages a nd lymph node metastasis(~{* ~}P~{* ~}<0.01,0.05). The positive rate of expression of E cd in lung cancer was significantly lower than that in normal tissues(~{* ~}P~{* ~}<0 . 01) and was negatively correlated with TNM stages, pathological grades and lymph node metastasis(~{* ~}P~{* ~}<~{*)~}0.05~{**~},0.01,~{*)~}0.05~{**~}),respectively. The correlation o f expression CD44v6 and Ecd is rather significant in NSCLC(~{* ~}P~{* ~}<0.05).ConclusionThis research suggests that expression of CD44v6 and Ecd may has important valuation in progress and prognosis of lung cancer.
