| 摘 要： | 我国经济的快速增长和石油后备资源的严重不足，导致我国在经济发展过程中对石油资源的需求主要依靠进口来满足。但进口采取的是对国际油价“被动接受”的方式，并且对国际油价波动反应比较滞后，市场定价机制不够合理，使得国内油价更容易受到国际油价波动的影响，因此，石油进口市场的完善具有十分重要的地位。

| Abstract: | Due to the high speed of increasement of Chinese economy and limited oil storage, our supply of oil resource mainly depends on import. But the current situation of oil import price is "passively accept" mode, furthermore, our reaction to fluctuant oil price is too lag. Because of oil pricing mechanism unreasonable, the domestic oil price fluctuates to the international oil price. So the improvement of oil import market becomes more important than ever. |
