| 摘 要： | 结合CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道示范段施工实际情况,系统总结CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道施工工艺,主要包括无砟轨道敷设条件评估、梁面处理、施作防水层、敷设两布一膜及挤塑板、建立轨道基准网、粗铺轨道板、精调轨道板、制备和灌筑CA砂浆的、固定轨道板、轨道板纵向连接、侧向挡块施工等。

| Abstract: | Based on the model construction of CRTSII slab ballastless track,the article summarizes the construction process of CRTSII slab ballastless track mainly includes pavement condition evaluation of ballastless track,beam surface treatment,the application of water-proof layer,;laying of two cloth,one membrance together with XPS,track datum network establishment,rough slab laying,fine adjustment of slab and devices,CA mortar casting,fixation of slab,longitudinal connection and lateral chock block construction and so on. |
