内燃机配气机构动力分析的多柔体动力学模型

摘    要:本文针对以往内燃机配气机构动力模型的不足,首次将多柔体动力学理论应用于配气机构,建立了配气机构动力分析的多柔体动力学模型。同时考虑了气门初始间隙以及由此产生的冲击现象,并研究了凸轮轴刚度、摇臂支座刚度及凸轮升程高阶频率对气门运动规律的影响。最后本文以6102Q柴油机配气机构为例进行了实际计算,所得的气门运动规律与实测结果相符合。

Abstract:Flexible multibody dynamic simulation for dynamic analysis of valvetrain of internal combustion engine is presented. This paper deals withthe valve's initial clearance and the impact problem produced by clear-ance. Further more it also investigates the influence of the stiffness ofcam shaft and rock arm supporter and the high order frequency of camprofile on the dynamic response of valve system. Through the calcula-tion on 6102Q diesel engine it indicates that the calculating results can fitvery well with the actual motion when considering the above factors.
