纤维掺量对沥青混凝土强度的影响

摘    要:为了研究纤维掺量对沥青混凝土强度的影响,选用5种纤维掺量沥青混凝土的马歇尔试件和圆柱体试件,在MTS810材料试验机上进行劈裂试验和单轴压缩试验,分析了劈裂试验结果和抗压强度随纤维掺量变化的规律。研究结果发现,劈裂强度和抗压强度随着纤维掺量的增加均出现先增大后缩小的变化,在纤维掺量为0.20%时取得最大值,反映出适量的纤维加入可以提高沥青混凝土的强度值。根据破裂试验和单轴压缩试验结果分析,给出此种纤维改善沥青混凝土强度的合理掺量约为0.20%。

Abstract:Splitting test and unconfined uniaxial compression test were conducted to study the strength of fiber reinforced asphalt concrete with five contents (by weight) of fiber.Marshall and cylinder specimens of asphalt mixtures were tested on MTS 810.The variation between fiber content and compressive strength,splitting strength were analyzed.It was found that the splitting strength and compressive strength increase with the increase of fiber content and decrease of strength after adding more than 0.20% fiber.Thus, the proper content of fiber can improve the strength of asphalt concrete.The analytical results indicate the proper content with 0.20% fiber gives the best overall results.
