摘    要:根据整体箱梁的结构特性和力学原理建立计算模型,检算支架体系强度、稳定性及变形量,通过超载预压对支架稳定性及变形量进行验证。结果表明:该支架体系安全可靠,变形量通过底模下千金顶调整底模标高,能够确保客运专线箱梁线性满足设计要求。

Abstract:Based on the structural characteristc and mechanical principle of the whole box girder,the calculating model was constructed,and the strength of strutling system was checked.The stablity and deformation of strutling was validated by surcharge preloading.The results show that the strutling system is reliable and the design requirement of box girder of passenger dedicated line was satisfied.
