Research and development of Computing Cost System for railway freight yard assignment

Some formulae for the costs of Carload-Less-Than-Carload, container in the assignment of railway freight yardwere proposed respectively by analyzing standard price files in railway freight yard. Some relative algorithms suiting forspecified goods assignment were built and introduced into the design and development of Computing Cost InformationManagement System for railway freight yard. By the System, the heavy calculating problems were solved and the wholeprocedure was put into automation. It was validated that the Computing Cost System worked correctly, quickly and conveniently.It could meet all kinds of computing requirement in railway freight yard.
