武汉三阳路越江盾构进洞施工技术

摘    要:文章从施工技术的角度,以武汉三阳路越江隧道工程为背景,分析了超浅覆土大直径盾构隧道进洞的工程风险,介绍了常规进洞施工的施工流程,以及进洞施工前地基加固、降水井布置、进洞接收基座制作和贯通测量等前期必要的准备工作,并提出了超浅覆土大直径盾构在加固区和接收工作井内两阶段常规进洞接收的施工安全控制技术。实践结果表明,文章所述的施工安全控制技术能够有效地降低施工风险,确保盾构顺利进洞。可对类似工程提供参考和指导。

Construction Methods for TBM Advancing to Receiving Shaft of Wuhan Sanyang Road River Crossing Project

Abstract:With the reference of Wuhan Sanyang Road project, in view of construction technology, this article demonstrates the project risk for large diameter tunneling machine advancing in ultra-thin overburden geology. It also explains the standard construction procedure for tunneling machine entering into receiving shaft, as well as the technical requirement for ground consolidation, allocation of dewatering well, the fabrication of receiving shaft shield cradle, and surveying before breakthrough. Meanwhile, it brings out the construction safety control methods for large diameter tunneling machine advancing in ultra-thin overburden geology and entering into receiving shaft. It proves in practice that the explained construction safety control methods could effectively reduce project risk to assure a success breakthrough.This could provide a reference and guideline to other similar project.
