隧道管片试验装置 被动土压力模拟系统研究

摘    要:隧道管片整环试验加载装置用于模拟管片在土体中的受力,所施加荷载通常采用静态加载,均不考虑因管片变形而产生的被动土压力。为了更好地模拟实际工况,在原有试验装置的基础上,增加了被动土压力模拟系统。试验中通过激光传感器实时测量管片形变量,并依据该形变量在液压闭环系统中完成试验荷载的实时调整,以模拟管片变形后产生的动土压力对管片结构受力的影响。试验结果表明,该系统很好的模拟出管片变形后对土体挤压产生的被动土压力,在本装置及其控制方法下,试验所需的加载压力稳态误差不超过千分之五,更精确地反应出管片的实际受力状态。

Study on Active Earth Pressure Simulation System for Tunnel Segment Test Device

Abstract:The loading device is used to simulate the force of the pipe in the soil, and the load is usually loaded with static load, without considering the passive earth pressure caused by the deformation of the tube. In order to simulate the actual working condition better, an passive earth pressure simulation system is added on the basis of the original test device. In the experiment, a laser sensor is used to measure the variable of the tube shape in real time, and the real time adjustment of the test load is completed in the hydraulic closed loop system according to the shape variable, so as to simulate the influence of the passive earth pressure on the force of the tube structure after the deformation of the tube. The test results show that the system can simulate the earth pressure of soil extrusion after the deformation of the tube. Under this device and its control method, the steady-state error of the loading pressure is less than 5/1000, and the actual stress state of the tube is more accurately reflected.
