| 摘 要： | 应急管理统计与评估系统是对铁路应急管理工作进行统计分析和总结评估的规范化数字化平台。在对铁路应急管理工作的不足和建立系统的必要性分析基础上,提出建设一个突出分级-分类管理概念的铁路应急管理统计与评估系统,并对系统的逻辑结构、数据流程和功能结构进行了分析。该系统的开发使用能够及时发现管理工作不足并对应急管理力量进行有效规范和优化配置。
