| 摘 要： | 分析了轿车前悬架横梁内板零件的特点，运用Dynaform软件分别对料片拉深和落料后拉深的冲压成形过程进行数值模拟，确定了合理的工艺方案，进一步优化了工艺参数和模具结构。经生产实践验证，该模具工作状态良好，冲件质量稳定。 |

| Abstract: | Analyse the characteristic of sedan front suspension beam plate,make numerical simulation for stamping welding process of material piece tensile and after dropping material tensile by using Dynaform software,determine reasonable technology scheme,further optimize technology parameter and mould structure.h has been verified by manufacture practice,the mould is working in good condition,the quality of stamping parts is stable. |
