基于DS证据理论的船舶能耗评估

介绍了证据理论基本概念,搭建能耗评估模型,构建了船舶能耗综合评价指标体系,提出了基本信度分配应遵循的原则。实际算例分析验证了模型的优越性和有效性。应用本文方法能得到准确的综合评估结果,给出评估结果对应的置信度系数。

Evaluation of Ship Energy Consumption Based on DS Evidence Theory

This paper introduces evidence theory, sets up energy consumption evaluation model and index system, and puts forward principia which should be followed in distributing basic trust degree. Actual numerical example demonstrates the superiority and effectiveness of the model. Using the method, it can get more accurate evaluation results and corresponded trust degree.
