| Abstract: | Based on the practical operations of shipping and combining the problems on the period of liability met by carriers in practice,this paper gives some advices on how to secure the Article 46 of Chinese Maritime Code being applicable according to the regulations of a carrier抯 liability period of the Article 46 in the Code. |
