摘    要:阐述了INMARSAT Fleet33的技术特性,组成原理及其优势,设计了“沿海-内河“船舶监管通信系统的组成框架,该系统具有国内全覆盖没有盲点、全天候、按流量计费等特点.同时也对此系统的应用前景进行了分析预测.

Abstract:This paper set forth the technical characteristics, composing, principle and superiorities of the INMARSAT Fleet33, and presented the composing block diagram of the coast to river ship supervising and communicating system. This system has such features as whole domestic overlay, all-weather and payment by flow-rate, etc Finally the paper, in addition, analyzed and forecast the application foregrounds of this system.
