摩托车发动机可变正时配气机构的试验研究

摘    要:参照变换凸轮型线VVT机构的原理,在JH125摩托车发动机单顶置凸轮轴结构基础上,研制了适用于中小排量摩托车发动机可切换凸轮型线的VVT机构。该机构结构紧凑,控制精度及可靠性高,与传统的可变配气正时机构的自动控制装置相比,由一个外接式油泵代替了复杂油路控制系统,在整个工况范围内设置了2套可切换的进气正时参数,可满足中小排量摩托车发动机结构空间紧凑布置的要求,有效降低了制造成本。

Abstract:By reference to the principle of transfering cam contour VVT mechanism, based on the single overhead camshaft structure of JH125 motorcycle, the VVT mechanism transferring the cam contour which is adaptive to medium-small displacement engines is developed. The mechanism is compact in structure, high in controllable accuracy and good in reliability. Compared with the automatic control device of traditional variable valving mechanism, the former one whose fuel circuit control system is replaced by an external fuel pump and in whose working range there are 2 sets of inlet air timing parameters, thus meeting the demand of the space compact arrangement of medium-small displacement engines and reducing costs.
